Your initial naturopathic consultation involves detailed case-taking and discussion covering all areas of your health; physiological, psychological and environmental. The focus of your initial appointment is to gather as much relevant information about your health and discuss health complaints, as well as the primary focus for treatment. The information provided in your pre-appointment new client intake form (health history, diet, lifestyle), as well as past test results and in-clinic screening will help provide valuable insights into your current health and wellbeing.

All the relevant information will be gathered to help us carefully curate a personalised treatment plan that will be suitable for you. These may include herbal medicines, nutritional medicines, energetic medicines (flower essences and homeopathic remedies), dietary recommendation and lifestyle medicine, with everyday strategies to keep you on track.
